Returns & Exchanges
Return period: Within 90 days of purchase.
Eligibility:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be returned with original packaging and accessories, if applicable
- Item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
How to Request a Return
- Email support@tuukit.com with your order number, item code or product name, reason for return, and clear photos if needed.
- Our support team will review your request and provide the return address if approved.
- Send the approved item back and share the return tracking number with us.
- Returned items will be inspected after arrival.
- Refunds or exchanges will be arranged after inspection is completed.
Processing time: returns may take up to 14 business days to process after the returned item is received.
Order Cancellation
Unpaid Orders
Unpaid orders can be canceled at any time. You may contact us at support@tuukit.com for assistance.
Paid Orders
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a paid order. If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, replacement, or exchange if you receive:

- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
Please contact us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the product and packaging.
If the damage occurred during shipping, please keep the packaging and request any available proof of damage from the carrier to support your claim.
Refund Policy

Return Shipping & Fees
- If the return is due to personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong size or color, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- The exact return shipping fee depends on the carrier and shipping service you choose.
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by Tuukit, the customer will not be required to pay the return shipping cost for that reason.
