Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through Shopify Payments and other payment options shown at checkout. The payment methods available to you may depend on your country, device, browser, and the settings enabled in our store.

If a payment method is not displayed during checkout, it may not be available for your order, location, device, or selected checkout conditions.

Paying by Credit or Debit Card

You can pay with eligible credit or debit cards through our secure Shopify checkout. To complete your payment, enter your card number, expiration date, security code, billing details, and any additional verification information requested by your card issuer.

1. Add your selected item(s) to cart.
2. Enter your shipping and contact information.
3. Select an available card payment option at checkout.
4. Review your order total and submit your payment.

After your payment is submitted, order updates and confirmation details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Paying with PayPal

If PayPal is available at checkout, you may choose PayPal as your payment method. You may be redirected to PayPal to log in, confirm your payment, or complete checkout through PayPal’s secure payment page.

PayPal availability may vary depending on your location, device, and checkout eligibility. Please follow the instructions shown during checkout.

Express Checkout Options

Depending on availability, you may be able to complete your purchase using express checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

These options can help speed up checkout by using saved payment, billing, and shipping details. Some express checkout buttons may only appear on compatible devices, browsers, or eligible orders.

Klarna, Afterpay, or Other Installment Payments

If these options do not appear at checkout, they are not available for your order at that time.

Currency & Exchange Rates

Orders on Tuukit are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your card or payment account is based in another currency, your final charge may be calculated according to the exchange rate and any fees applied by your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.

Coupon Codes

You can apply an eligible coupon code during checkout. Once entered, click “Apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total if the code is valid.

• Please enter the coupon code exactly as received, without extra spaces.
• Only one coupon code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
• Coupons may be subject to offer terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, or minimum order requirements.

Payment Review & Verification

For your protection, some orders may be subject to routine payment review or fraud-prevention checks before processing. If additional information is needed, we may contact you using the email address provided with your order.

To avoid delays, please make sure your billing details, contact information, and shipping address are accurate before submitting your order. Tuukit reserves the right to cancel or refund orders that cannot be verified or that appear to be unauthorized, fraudulent, or high-risk.

Payment Security

We take payment security seriously. Our checkout uses secure encryption to help protect your personal and payment information during transmission.

Tuukit will never ask you to send your full credit card number, security code, or payment password by email. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Tuukit and asking for sensitive payment information, please do not respond and contact us immediately.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, please check that your card details, billing address, available balance, and card security verification are correct. You may also try another available payment method.

For questions about declined transactions, pending authorizations, exchange rates, international fees, or card restrictions, please contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider directly, as they control the final approval of the transaction.
