Do I need to have an account to order?+

No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, having an account allows you to:

  • Enjoy a faster checkout process
  • Track order status and view order history
  • Receive updates on new releases and promotions
What if I forgot my password?+

On the login page, click “Lost password?” to create a new password.

What if I typed the wrong email address?+

Please contact Tuukit to update your email, name, or address. Note: we cannot change orders that have already been placed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid issues.

Are there any exchange rates?+

All transactions are processed in US Dollars. If your card is based in another currency, your total will be calculated based on your card issuer’s daily exchange rate.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Tuukit accepts major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, debit cards, or COD.

How secure is my online order?+

All transactions are SSL-encrypted. Tuukit does not store your credit card information on our servers.

Orders & Changes

How do I change or cancel my order?+

Orders may be canceled before processing. If canceled after placement, a $0.5 cancellation fee applies. Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?+

No, only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

What if I have missing items in my order?+

Please contact Tuukit immediately if any items are missing.

When will my order be processed?+

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, and typically shipped within 2–3 business days.

How do I set or change my shipping address?+

Please ensure your shipping information is in English. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed. Avoid using business addresses due to customs delays.

When will my order arrive?+

Delivery depends on the chosen shipping method. Tracking will be emailed within 24 hours of shipping. Tuukit is not responsible for customs delays.

How do I track my order?+

Tracking information will be emailed after shipment. Typically, you’ll receive it one day after dispatch.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?+

Prices are tax-free. You may need to pay import duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Refunds

Everything you need to know about returns, damaged items, return processing, and refunds.

How do I return an item?+

Contact Tuukit within 90 days of receipt with your order number and return reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for exclusions.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?+

Contact Tuukit within 7 days with your order number, item photos, and details. We’ll resolve your issue promptly.

How long is the returns process?+

Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving your returned item. Tuukit will email confirmation once processed.

When will I receive my refund?+

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If not received, please contact your bank or card issuer.
